RETURN POLICY

FREE RETURNS FOR ALL U.S. ORDERS. YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with accessories and tags attached.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 

Non-Eligible for Returns:

Sale items, accessories, belts, and jewelry are FINAL SALE.

For sanitary purposes, we do not accept returns on bodysuits.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Shipping charges

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.

We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment. Please take your time to select your purchase and feel free to reach out to our stylist for questions on sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. 

We get new styles every month and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out! Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Gift Card via email when your return is processed. 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Expect an E-Gift Card emailed within 1-3 business days once the item is accepted. Store Credit will automatically be calculated to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. 

WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY STORE CREDIT?

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your junk mail in email.
