PLACING A PREORDER

PLACING A PRE-ORDER:  

If you decide to pre-order an item on our website, please note the following:

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
  • Preordering is voluntary, and if at any time you would like to cancel your pre-order for a full refund to the original method of payment. Please do so before the shipment announcement goes live.
  • If you need to cancel your Pre-order or update it in any way, please email us at customercare@capsuleapparel.com.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I PLACE AN ORDER FOR AN IN-STOCK ITEM AND PRE-ORDER?

  • In-stock items will ship between 1-3 business days.
  • If you are ordering a pre-order item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged shipping once. We will not charge you again once your pre-order has shipped.

WHAT IF I WISH TO RETURN A PRE-ORDER?

Our standard return policy applies to pre-orders.

We only offer store credit for returns! We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment once a pre-order has been shipped. Please take your time to select your purchase and feel free to reach out to our stylist for questions on sizing or styling. Store Credit never expires. 

We get new styles every month and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase doesn't work out! Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of an E-Gift Card via email when your return is processed.
